| Commentaires : The villa La Ferme du Conteo is build on a large garden of 3 hectares (7 acres) with forest and grass, in the midst of the plateau du Vinaigrier between Nice and Villefranche-sur-mer on the top of a hill overhanging the Mediterraneen sea and the city of Nice. It has an exceptional situation with a large flat land in the otherwise very hilly landscape of the Cote d’Azur and is bordered by the “Parc Naturel du Vinaigrier” of 32 hectares. The villa « La Ferme du Conteo » is situated at convenient distances to the important city centers from Nice to Monaco. It is at 10mn from Nice city center, 5min from the center of Villefranche-sur-mer, 20mn from the Heliport of Monaco, 25mn from the International Nice airport, 15min from the train and bus station.
The interior of the villa « La Ferme du Conteo » covers a surface of 400 m2 which has been renovated with typical ancient materials and is in perfect and luxurious conditions. The villa is surrounded by a large terrasse of 500 m2 of typical provence tiles, making it a convivial place for relaxation and play.
